The Placement Office (Servicio de Orientación y Planificación Profesional, SOPP) is a UC3M Foundation's service, aimed at helping the students to enter the labour market and to develop their professional careers. SOPP also provides orientation to companies and institutions that look for young graduates who may potentially reach top positions.

  SOPP offers updated, relevant labor market information that helps students improve their professional capabilities and access better job opportunities .
• Employment Database for Students
  This service analyses job offers from companies and MBA students job demands, seeking to find a suitable match. SOPP collaborates with several institutions that use the same service as a recruitment tool.
• Advice.
  Every MBA student can schedule a meeting with a Professional Advisor who will analyze the student's professional development potential, psycho-professional profile, motivation and personal interests.
• Labor Insertion Programs .
  Every year SOPP offers two Labor Insertion Programs (Programas de Inserción Laboral, PIL) to help the MBA students who have less professional experience prepare their CV and prepare themselves for a job interview. In addition, the PILs cover job search techniques for the Spanish labor market.
