Our learning methodology is based on the following principles:

•  Personalized teaching
our reduced class size facilitates learning by making the interaction between students and instructors more fluent.

•  Tutorials
Weekly tutorials allow students to solve their doubts and to study more deeply the topics discussed in the classes.

•  Work groups
Composed by three or four students (depending on the class size), these groups are formed at the beginning of each term by the MBA headquarters, who considers the students' training, curriculum and origin.

•  Lectures
aimed at providing a solid background to approach specific aspects of business management.

•  Practical case discussions
Learning is achieved trough lectures and case resolutions, either individually or in groups. With this method, students are supervised to use the concepts and tools explained in order to guarantee an appropriate pursue of the Program.

•  Business simulation games
Students work with a technical equipment and facilities that allow an effective use of the simulation software: laptop computers, computer classrooms with LAN connections and WI-FI technology areas, available in different parts of UC3M's campuses.
