The MBA Programme is designed to develop different skills that World prepare the student in his/her professional career:

  • Analytical skills: All regular courses have an analytical focus. Courses emphasize the importance of searching the right data and conducting a rigorous data analysis.
  • Communication skills: The Programme’s regular courses include oral presentations, either individually or in groups, of the case solutions. This allows students to know and practice different negotiation techniques, but also to know the elements that are necessary for successful presentations.
  • Interpersonal and team working skills: Many of the courses require the students to work in teams. Teams are formed by the MBA Direction at the beginning of the first term and are modified again at the beginning of the second and third terms. The objective of the MBA Program is to form teams that are diverse from the point of view of the cultures and countries of origin, the academic backgrounds of team members, and their personal skills.

The inter-connection among the different courses is aimed at produce a progressive learning process.
